John Xidos, President & CEO; Director and Officer
John Xidos is a consummate entrepreneur, student of gaming, and the founder of Techlink Entertainment. Establishing the company in 1994, Mr. Xidos led Techlink to become one of the fastest growing and most innovative gaming providers in the industry in just over a decade.

David Read, Director
Mr. Read brings an impressive business knowledge and expertise to the company, made stronger still by his highly successful track record in business. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, he is the owner of Read Management Limited, a privately held company that owns and manages various companies and businesses, focusing specifically on commercial real estate and venture capital.

Louis J. Maroun, Director
With a career in real estate dating back to 1982, Mr. Maroun was instrumental in building Summit Real Estate Mutual Funds which grew dramatically to become one of the largest real estate investment trusts (REIT) in Canada before being acquired by ING Real Estate in 2006. As ING Real Estate's Executive Chairman, Mr. Maroun oversees the company's operations, including strategic direction and key national and international relationships.

Peter MacNeil, Director
As Investment Manager of Nova Scotia Business Inc. (NSBI) Venture Capital since the government agency's inception in 2001, Mr. MacNeil brings more than 28 years of business financing expertise, including 10 years of venture capital experience. A member of Canada's Venture Capital & Private Equity Association and graduate of various industry training courses, including the Institute of Corporate Directors Board Effectiveness Program, Mr. MacNeil's perspective and insight continues to be an incredible asset as Techlink advances the industry.

Ulf Snarby, Director
As President and Director of M V Osprey Ltd., a private company established to carry on a shrimp based business located in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada, Mr. Snarby has established a reputation for professionalism among his peers, fisheries managers and fisheries scientists. In 2003, Mr. Snarby was awarded the National Responsible Fisheries Award and the Romeo LeBlanc Medal for his work towards ensuring sustainable and responsible fisheries.  His contributions covered a wide spectrum of issues and his training programs set a world standard in Canada’s offshore freezer trawler fleet for crew safety and catch quality. Mr. Snarby continues to promote responsible fisheries practices among the offshore fleet.
